The Third album in the series Crossing Borders "Salsabor - Andocubano" brings together two of the most prominent musical cultures to be found in Latin America, a blend of the heights of the Andes with the heat of tropical Cuba. This inspirational fusion was brought to life by Efrain Rios, founder and director of Raison and Mauricio Venegas-Astorga founder and director of Quimantu. Recorded in Cuba and mixed in London the album comprises 12 sensational new tracks by Venegas and Rios. Capturing the thrill and excitement of the meeting of these two composers, the musical line-up of leading Cuban and Chilean musicians takes the listener to the edge of the New World with an exciting new Latin experience.
